PERSONAL TRAINING isdsdsds the best way to receive one-on-one guidance in muscle & strength development, weight loss, cardiovascular training, post therapy recovery and proper nutrition.  All training regimens are personally designed and implemented for your exact needs.  Rates are $50.00 per one hour session, $60.00 per shared hour for 2 people, 30 minute sessions available at $30.00 or $40.00 when shared.
